NewFrac consortium, responsible for the Website, makes this document available to users, with which it intends to comply with the obligations set forth in Law EU 2016/679, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Intellectual and Industrial Property

The name " NewFrac ", as well as other distinctive signs that appear on this Website, are the exclusive property of NewFrac Consortium -except for those that appear due to having the authorization of their legitimate owners and respecting their exclusive rights.

The Website, including but not limited to, its programming, editing, compilation and other elements necessary for its operation, the designs, logos, texts, etc. they are the property of NewFrac Consortium or, where appropriate, have a license or express authorization from the authors. All the contents of the website are duly protected by the intellectual and industrial property regulations, as well as registered, if appropriate, in the corresponding public registers.
