Stanford University Identifies Top 2% of scientists worldwide named “World’s Top 2% Scientists List”. After an initial review, we are proud to say that five of NEWFRAC professors are among the most influential and prestigious researchers in the world.

The list, composed of over 150,000 top scientists, was created by Prof. Ioannidis and his research team to provide a complete look at citation metrics. According to Prof. Ioannidis in the study published by PLoS Biology, this is "...the first classification that systematically ranks all the most-cited scientists in each scientific field to a sufficient ranking depth."

The TOP 2% list contains the names of scientists from around the world whose publications are most often cited by other authors.

Included among the listed experts, are the following NEWFRAC supervisors and their category of expertise:

De Lorenzis, L.

Applied Mathematics

Leguillon, Dominique

Mechanical Engineering & Transports

Camanho, Pedro P.

Materials

Mantič, Vladislav

Paggi, M.

Congratulations to each of them from the NEWFRAC team.
